I’ve always been drawn to systems that don’t quite work the way they should. In the Army, that meant leading teams in unpredictable environments—finding rapid solutions with limited resources. Later, at a venture-backed tech startup, it meant helping scale chaos into structure as we grew from pre-seed to Series B.

Somewhere between those worlds, I realized the same pattern kept showing up: most problems aren’t technical—they’re operational, human, and solvable with the right architecture. That mindset eventually pulled me into real estate and condo ownership, where I saw firsthand how these small ecosystems—hundreds of billions in assets—were still flying blind.

I started this company after seeing, as a condo owner and board member, how much inefficiency exists in how buildings operate. Condominiums & multifamilies function like small businesses—each with its own balance sheet, risks, and community—yet they rarely benefit from the scale or sophistication of larger organizations.

I decided to change that. By bringing the market together—property and asset managers, boards, and brokers—we’re tackling the largest operating expense for most buildings: insurance. My goal is to turn what’s now a fragmented renewal process into a coordinated system that delivers real savings, transparency, and leverage across the industry.

Outside of that mission, I love building new things—helping ideas take shape, systems find structure, and teams work smarter. Much of that work today lives at the intersection of AI, real estate, and operations.

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and am currently completing my MBA at New York University. I hold an active Property & Casualty Insurance License as well as a Secret Security Clearance.

I currently live in Boston with my wife, Dianne, and our golden retriever, Bodie.
